Video downloaders

When you paste a TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X or Pinterest link, our server asks that platform for the public video, prepares the file and sends it to you. The file is deleted from our server as soon as it has been sent. We don't store the links you paste or keep a history of what you download. Our logs only record which platform was used (for example "TikTok") and the quality chosen.

Image tools: processed on your device

The image compressor, resizer, converter, WebP and WhatsApp tools run entirely in your web browser. Your images are not uploaded to our servers.

HEIC to JPG

If your browser can read HEIC photos itself, conversion happens on your device. If it can't, the photo is sent over HTTPS to our server, converted in memory, and the JPG is returned straight away. The photo is not written to disk or kept after the response is sent.

Video and audio tools: automatic deletion

Video tools need our server, so the file you choose is uploaded over HTTPS. We use it only to create your result.

• The uploaded file is deleted as soon as processing finishes, fails or is cancelled.
• The result is deleted 30 minutes after it's ready, or straight away if you cancel.
• Any leftover files (for example from an interrupted upload) are removed by an automatic cleanup within about 30 minutes.

We don't look at your files, share them, or use them to train anything. File names and contents are never written to our logs or analytics.

Analytics

We record anonymous usage events, such as which tool was opened, whether processing succeeded, rough file size ranges, processing time, device type (mobile or desktop), the visitor's country (provided by Cloudflare; we never store IP addresses) and what was typed into the tool search, to find out which tools are useful and what breaks. We don't use cookies for this or build profiles of individual people.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use IP addresses only for rate limiting, which isn't stored beyond a few minutes in memory.

Advertising

We don't show ads at the moment. If we add them, this policy will be updated first to name the ad provider and explain any cookies it uses.
